Dear Maya,

I'm writing about the Design Lead role on Fieldnote's patient tools team. For the last nine years I've worked where design has real consequences: money moving between accounts, and people booking care when they're worried. I'd love to bring that calm, careful approach to your team.

At Lumen Bank I led the onboarding redesign and built Tide, the design system six squads now ship with. Most of that work wasn't pixels. It was getting engineers, compliance and support into the same room early, and writing the plain-language guidelines that made the screens simple.

What draws me to Fieldnote is your focus on clinicians as well as patients. Before that, at Kindred Health, I spent two years shadowing reception desks, and I'd like to keep designing with that kind of closeness.

I'd be glad to walk you through a couple of case studies. Thank you for reading.
