Harbor sourdough
Rated 4.9 out of 5
4.9 · 3 sample reviewsPrice: $9.00
Our house loaf, raised only by Puffin, the starter we've fed twice a day since 2016. A 48-hour cold ferment gives it a gentle tang, a crackly blistered crust and a custardy, open crumb.
Baked in the wood-fired oven every morning from 5 a.m. Ask us to slice it, or keep it whole: it stays good for three days in a linen bag.
Ingredients
Organic wheat flour, whole-grain rye flour, water, sea salt, sourdough starter.
Allergens
- Wheat (gluten)
- Rye (gluten)
Made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, sesame and seeds. Ask us if you have a severe allergy.
Storage & reheating
3 days in a linen or paper bag, cut side down. Freezes well sliced.
