Notion template · 3 linked databases

A tiny CRM that remembers who to call for you.

Pocket CRM keeps your contacts, deals and follow-ups in three linked Notion databases. Open it in the morning, see who's due today, tick them off. That's the whole system.

the daily loop

Your morning, in three steps.

No dashboards to maintain. Pocket CRM is built around one habit: a five-minute look at who you owe a message.

  1. Step 1

    Open Today

The home page lists every follow-up that's due or overdue. Nothing else competes for your attention.

  2. Step 2

    Reach out, tick Done

Send the email, make the call, tick the box. The item drops off the list and the contact's history stays linked.

  3. Step 3

    Book the next one

Add the next follow-up with a due date, or move the deal one stage along. Tomorrow's list builds itself.

This page recreates the Notion views in HTML. All names and companies are fictional sample data.

how it fits together

Everything links back to a person.

Open any contact and you see their deals and every follow-up you've logged. Open a deal and its next step is right there. Notion relations do the work, so there's nothing to sync.

  • ✓Contacts ↔ Deals and Follow-ups (two-way relations)
  • ✓Deals carry Stage, Value, Probability and an automatic Weighted value
  • ✓Follow-ups label themselves Overdue, Today or Upcoming with a formula

Questions

Do I need a paid Notion plan?

It uses standard Notion features: databases, relations, formulas and board, table and calendar views. We built it without any paid add-ons. Check Notion's current plan limits for your workspace.

How do I get it into my workspace?

After checkout you get a link. Open it, click Duplicate in the top-right corner, and pick your workspace. The setup guide in the download walks you through it.

Can I change the stages and fields?

Yes. It's your copy. Rename stages, add properties, change the currency. The Start here page shows where each setting lives.

Is the sample data real?

No. Every person, company and email is made up (emails use the reserved .example domain). Delete it when you're ready to add your own.

Why is it free?

It's pay what you want, starting at €0. If it saves you a lost lead, a few euros helps us keep making templates.
